This spirits newly built annex is located in a very special place in Copenhagen called Nokken close to the water (harbor front)
You feel like you are in the country while having restaurants and shopping just around the corner.
This small house is for you who likes to relax when you are not walking in the streets of copenhagen.
The landlord lives right next to the annex in his small house, so there will always be help to pick up.
It can also be agreed that you can borrow two bicycles belonging to the place.

The annex consists of 1 large room with a small kitchenette just at the entrance and a living room area with dining table and comfortable sofa bed of 160 cm. In addition, there is a small loft with a 140 cm wide mattress with room for two people.
The house is used as a music work room when it is not rented out so there is some equipment in the small notch as seen in the picture.
In this one one ticks his suitcases so that they do not take up space in the rest of the house.

It will take about 15 min to get to the center either by bus or by bike.
You can also go for a walk to Christianshavn or Christiania long water and this will take 30 min on foot and 10 min by bike.
The hipster smart Vesterbro is just across the water and fortunately there is a bridge that you can walk or ride on which will lead you dry.

The Space:
On the rearside of this residential building, away from the street road traffic, you’ll find these apartments half a story up with elevator access if needed. Outside each apartment is a big private terrace with direct access from the open livingroom and kitchen area.

Entering through the main door is a small entrance area for hanging jackets and leaving your shoes. Straight ahead is the sparkling clean bathroom with a spacious shower and washer and dryer combined.

To your left is the master bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed, pillow selection and plenty space for a babybed if needed. There is a built in full size closet for all your clothes.

To your right the open and bright living area with a well sized kitchen fully equipped for small dinner parties for the entire family. To relax there are lounging chairs and a high quality couch that folds out to a comfortable queen size bed. The 43” flatscreen TV is connected with an Apple TV and free Netflix account.

A beautiful steel and glass wall separates the living area from the second bedroom with another kingsize bed that does split into singles if preferred. A 43" TV also with Apple TV connected at the end of the bed for those lazy sundays...

The Neighborhood:
The northern part of Amager Strandvej is the latest addition to this new and upcoming residential area by Copenhagens popular beachfront Amager Strand. It’s a quiet neighbourhood mostly populated by natureloving families still wanting to be close to the city center with just 3 stops on the Metro to Kongens Nytorv.

Restaurants, bars and cafes are starting to pop up but the biggest attraction is the secluded beach gardens across the street and of course the massive beach front area up the road.

Getting Around:
Metro station Øresund is 800 meters (10 min) walk away. From Øresund Kongens Nytorv is just 4 stops away and the airport is 3 stops.

The living space is at the other end of the apartment which invites for late snoozing in the bedrooms while breakfast is being prepared in the distant kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table for six lets you host in house dinners with friends or family.

The lounge furniture and 45” flatscreen TV with AppleTV connected is suited for all of you to enjoy a movie night on some of those rainy Copenhagen days. But don’t worry we also get quite a lot of sunny days which can be spent on the big terrace overlooking the courtyard and for some apartments with views of Islands Brygge and even the pier.

The sofa in the living area unfolds to a high quality queensize bed (160x200cm) for two.

The Neighborhood:
The Pier apartments are situated on Islands Brygge which is across the canal from the busy city center. The neighbourhood is a summer hang out spot favoured by locals. The harbour bath attracts sunbathers and youngsters for a dip in the extraordinary clean city water. With plenty of local eateries, supermarkets and a beautiful newly build walking and bicycle path that takes you over the canal this is a laid back, upscale, local and yet central location for visiting Copenhagen.

- "We had a great stay, the condo is very comfortable, with the amenities as shown in the listing. The beds are comfortable, the full size washer and dryers were a godsend as we were traveling with carryons only. There are two grocery stores within easy walking distance, and a few cafe/restaurants. The location is great if you are looking for a quite place, close to the city center but removed from the noise and the crowds. Depending on how you elect to travel, it can take 20-30m to get into the old city. There is a bus within a 2m walk, a ferry stop that is a 10m walk, and a metro stop that is a 15m walk away. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again."

Main house build in 2019. This apartment where the room is located is build in 2023. 3 floors and landlord is living in 2 of them. Its a nice house in a quite neighborhood close to subway and shopping street with cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is on three levels and is best suited for one or two adults (one bed of 120 cm and one mattress on the floor in the living room). The bedroom is on 1. Sal and the living room of 3. Sal. The kitchen is on 2. Sal. The living room does not have a door that can be closed, i.e. the living room is open with direct decline to the kitchen and further down to the rest of the apartment. The bedroom has a door to the entrance and is next to the toilet.

The apartment is lovely close to public transport - and also within walking distance to the city center and Islands Brygge harbor bath.

The space
Newer, bright apartment on 3 levels. Close to Amager Fælled, 3.5 km from the city centre, 2.6 km from Amager beach, 1.9 km from Islands Brygge. Close to bus and metro.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

My lovely flat is situated in a quiet and green area - and with everything within its reach. Within 5 minutes of walk, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, banks, clubs, shops, etc. During summer it is even more wonderful to live here, since one can go to the beach within 15 minutes of strolling.

The metro and city-busses are located only a few minutes from the flat, and you will thereby be able to reach city center (Råhuspladsen) in 15 minutes.

Other things to note
I'd be happy to host you in my apartment, but only if you are a non-smoker. I've had an unpleasant experience with a smoker, and I don't want that to happen again. Therefore, if you're a smoker, who wants to smoke indside - please find another place to stay.

It has two balconies (and a hammock) and nice views over two gardens/green arias.
One bedroom, a living room, kitchen and a nice big bathroom.

The space
This is a nice and quiet apartment. Is it close to city center and very close to public transport to take you there.

Guest access
You can use the whole apartment and you won’t have to share - only if you travel with someone ;)

You also have access to the yard in the middle of the whole building - you just need the key to go through the basement.

The apartment has 3 rooms, 1 room holds a kitchen also. There are 2 double beds and a possible 3. single bed (ask me). Also a Sofabed in the same room. It is a quiet neighbourhood only a few min. drive to the airport, and 900 meters from an amazing beach with kajak, running and sport possibilities. Nearby metrostation Femøren, only 2 stops from Cph Airport. Buses (every 10 minutes) as well as metro (every 4 minute) goes directly into the city. Shopping very close. The garden is for you to use.

The house contains 2 apartments, ground floor and 1. floor. This AirBB apartment is on 1. floor.

Guest access
The whole 1. floor, the top floor, is for your use. It holds a Kitchen. The big garden is for your use, and the bathroom is for your use only.

During your stay
I will be around to help with directions as well as advice about transport and sights in and around Copenhagen. I answer SMS also. I will welcome you or leave the key in the keybox easy to se left of the front door.

Other things to note
The Parking of cars are free, BUT you must send me your car-numberplate, so I can make you a free parking license. Without that only 3 hours parking is allowed.

Nice home in a stylish neighborhood, but a few minutes walk to the beautiful Amagerfælled if you like long walks in great surroundings. 🌳

If you like to shop, there is also a 5-minute walk to Fields, which has more than 70, shoes and clothes shops. 🛍️

10 minutes walk to the station where you can take the metro until Nørreport takes 12 minutes. There also regional train, with only 5-7 minutes to Central Station.🌃

During your stay
I will be in the apartments bedroom, in school or at work - but always ready for questions, tips and tricks, and/or maybe a glass of wine if you are up for that.

Other things to note
No smoking inside. Shoes only in the entrance room. Apartment has wood surfaces and floor - be carefull with stains from coffee, red wine etc!!!!
If you have cat allergy, bring medicine, and remember to close the door to your clean room.

The apartment is located next to Amagerbro metrostation which leads to the inner city within 5 minutes and 15 min from CPH airport (direct line). The apartment is charming and cosy, and is 82 m2. It has plenty of space to relax in and has two working stations. The extra bed are on the couch.

The apartment is an obvious choice for couples that want to experience the life of CPH and stay at a place that feels like home.
