- "Having just stayed at this property, I can highly recommend it to anyone who has own transportation or uses public transit. There is a bus stop almost at the front door. For me it was a perfect location. Plenty of services and easy access for anything I needed. The neighbor helped me find a good Pizza delivery the first night I arrived. I’m a solo motorcycle traveler, touring Scandinavia and the land of the midnight sun for 2 months. For me the journey is the destination and I end up wherever I am when I need to stop and rest. I don’t normally have time to plan a stay like this, but timing worked well and the owner was very responsive on short notice. I would also compliment him for making timely contact & preparation to get me comfortably settled and enjoying his home as quickly as possible. He was fast to respond with any question I had. Shopping malls and grocery stores are not far away with a mini-market stocking fresh vegetables and all the basics a short walk down the street. The house is in a rural suburb of Helsinki with easy access to major roads. Depending on winds, there’s occasional air traffic nearby, but I was not disturbed sleeping or enjoying the otherwise peaceful nature here. I made a couple of trips into Helsinki with about 30 minutes or less travel time and avoided paying for expensive hotels in crowded areas. I prefer making my own breakfast and dinners if possible and this home has a nicely furnished, clean kitchen. I’m sure a family of 4 or couples travelling together would enjoy this house as much as I have. In addition there’s a sauna in the master bathroom and all amenities you could expect to make it a relaxing and refreshing place to stay. The beds are comfortable and there is a large laundry room. Everything about this house exceeded my expectations. I would stay again if the opportunity arises. "

1. For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:

• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Do not unplug the WiFi, Chromecast, or Google Nest beside the TV. Doing so will disrupt service and may result in extra charges.

9. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

10. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a €200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

12. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

12. Late check-out fee of €50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

13. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

14. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. 17. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

18. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a €50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

19. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

20. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

It is a semidetached near by the airport. We have two floors, second floor is for guests. Three lovely rooms for you to choose. Right beside our building is a small forest. It is conveniently located not far from the city and close to nature.
6,6 Km from airport, 9 mins of driving. Only 3 mins taking " P " train from Airport to Leinelä station. The bus stop is about 300 meters from the house and has direct access to the centre of Helsiki and the Leinelä train station .

2. If you need the pick-up or drop-off from airport to our accommodation, single trip price is 10 Euro. Please contact us in advance to check whether our time schedule is available.

Rautkallio playground is only 400 meters away. For hiking, Sipoonkorpi national park is also only 3km away. Kuusijärvi lake with experiences and services such as saunas, ice swimming and skiing in winter, running trails, bike trails, bike rental, and an outdoor fires area. The trails are lit at night, and the ski trails also have lights in the mornings in winter. There is an ice skating rink in the winter less than a 5-minute walk away. If you refuse to go running, that is okay - we'll call that resistance training or learning to say no or both.

You can get to central Helsinki by public transport in around 40 minutes, either by bus or train. The apartment is also conveniently close to the airport (by public transport 20-30mins, with a car/taxi 15mins). There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment and a train station just a 15min walk away. The place is 45 minutes from the Helsinki expo centre by public transport. The nearest grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. There are restaurants, bigger shops, and a shopping mall nearby in Koivukylä. You can rent a city bike from close by in the summer. Suitable for a group of up to 4 if you book this and the other room in the apartment

There is more than enough closet space in each room. The apartment has a shared kitchen, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, and dishware.

Guest access
The entire space is available to guests, except the other bedrooms.

I hand over the keys, say hi and give a house tour.

This apartment is not just an investment property; it is our home, so we have some of our things there. We trust that you will treat them with respect and privacy. There is no lift, but the apartment is on the first floor, i.e. not the ground floor but one above it. Self-service, no cleaning provided!
Earlier or later(for a 20€ fee) can be discussed outside of the regular check-in/out times
