When I awoke I was looking at a beautiful view of Scrabo Tower and the stunning Irish countryside. A complete state of the art en-suite bathroom complete with floor heating. Strong WiFi, fridge, wide screen TV. Although I spent most of my time in the hospital, when I would come home I needed nothing. The room was cleaned, beds were made and Avril even placed a small jug of fresh milk in the fridge for my cup of morning tea. It was such a relief just not to have to worry about anything apart from the reason why I was there. If you are an author or screenwriter this is a hidden hideaway. Complete peace and quiet. It’s 10 minutes from Belfast City Center and 10 minutes to the East coast. They say every cloud has a silver lining. Well, I lost my father but found a new home away from home. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. There was a bottle of white wine left for us which was a nice touch and some yummy crisps. We didn't bring a car but there was an underground car park which was easy to access. Seemed a very safe area, fobs needed to open all doors. Lift worked and there were 2 to choose from. - "First impression the property was good near a Spar supermarket and walkable to the centre maybe 15 mins. A comedy club and night life in walking distance . The facilities were good for cooking . My main problem was the TV kept losing signal didn’t manage to watch one programme throughout and the main bedroom had a damp smell. as there was a damp patch on the bedroom wall that needs treating and you could smell it also it being a health hazard. I could not have slept in that room. There was a bed settle in the living room was that came in useful. Behind the settee needs cleaning noticed this when leaving but the rest of the house was clean. With the TV sorted and the damp patch it spoilt the property and both need attention had to stream programmes to watch in the end "

Our home is a three storey Victorian house situated in Cyprus Park, a quiet leafy cul de sac next door to the famous Cyprus Avenue and a five minute walk to Ballyhackamore village, famous for its many trendy restaurants,cafes and bars . A shared bathroom and additional toilet are located on the second floor. This is a cosy, bright loft room with a single bed. My place is close to theatres and cinemas and close to vibrant Botanic Avenue.. You’ll love because of it has high ceilings and spacious bedroom. The Kitchen is spacious and has all basic facilities. My place is good for solo adventurers, students, tourists and business travellers.
