- "Señor Nancy was so very sweet, allowed early check-in and immediately made me some fresh, hot coffee with toasted rolls and a banana. I had a 16-hour layover in Lima and this place was perfect as it was about a 5-minute Uber ride to the hotel. As others mentioned, the neighborhood seems a little sketchy but I, a solo older woman, walked around for about 45 minutes, had absolutely no issues and never felt unsafe. What you are getting is a room with a bed, no tv which was fine with me as I was not staying there very long and a very clean, shared bathroom. Señora Nancy had a cleaning person who continuously cleaned everything including the bathroom after someone showered. Overall, I would definitely stay there again for a short-term stay. It is quite far from the main attractions you would want to see in Lima."

- "Very clean. Close to airport. " - "Stayed here overnight between flights. It is only 5 mins from the airport. I recommend booking the transfer through the place, as the apartment is unmarked from the street and would be difficult to find, and the suburb is unsafe to wander around. We were met at arrivals and escorted to a transfer, just outside the airport gates which was good to avoid airport traffice. The owners brought us inside and showed us the room and were waiting on time in the morning for us. I'd recommend bringing cash for payment, and not wandering outside as the area didnt seem safe. We ate at the airport before coming to the apartment. This was a good place for a short flight layover."
