- "this was one of those rare places where the real thing is better than the photos. Place is roomier than appears in the photo, is very quiet, is on the 6th floor but good elevator access. Great kitchen and bathroom with everything you need. TV is in a good out of the way place, but there if you need it. Location is right across from state capital building, Beacon Hill is the oldest part of Boston, so very cool area. Parking sucks of course if you have a car (no fault of the landlord, it's just a Boston issue!) and needs to be factored into your expenses. Likely most people won't have this issue though, I was dropping my kid off at BU and needed an SUV for her stuff. Communication with landlord was good and prompt, no issues there. Price is very reasonable considering the location, I would definitely stay there again under similar circumstances."

Your room features a queen size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a separate wardrobe and dresser for hanging and storing clothes, plus comfortable seating.

Fully equipped kitchen. The flooring is carpeted throughout, with ceramic tile in the bathroom.

All units are equipped with wireless internet, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, linens and towels, as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations.
