- "Erick (and his fluffy cats) welcomed us to his lovely home for our Christmas market break. He was an incredibly friendly host, sharing plenty of recommendations for things to do in the local area. No breakfest in the house, but there is a nice cafe 80m away which has french breakfast. Who needs more? I had the big room (two double-beds, a convertible sofa and dedicated bathroom) for myself. It would be ideal for a family. Bed, bathroom and living-room were perfectly hygenic and clean. No problems there. Having said all this, full points from me. I'm planning a visit to Brussels with my familiy and we will sure stay at Marie-Antoinette!"

They had stocked the place with everything we could have needed for the first couple of days, and were available 24/7 for help if needed. Plus: Lotfi walked us to the garage at 06:30 AM for our early departure so we didn't have to get creative turning in the garage door opener. We couldn't have asked for a better "Pied a terre" in Brussels, and would go back there in a heartbeat. And BTW: did I mention that all this comes at a BARGAIN price!? We cannot recommend this place highly enough..."

We would be happy to welcome you to our house. We had this house built more than 30 years ago. The more time passes, the more we feel at home. We hope you will feel the same. We would like to share with you the philosophy behind this house.

The house is as sustainable as possible. We attach a lot of importance to a lifestyle that respects the environment and avoids useless waste. We do not have a car and are happy to use our bicycles for all our trips as well as public transport. We suggest you use the Mobib card (the card that allows you to use the Brussels public transport network) that we reserve for our guests and there is a bike at your disposal.

Enjoy a house decorated with lots of paintings and sculptures and a huge and quiet garden with a greenhouse and vegetable garden. Weather permitting, you will be able to take advantage of a beautiful garden tended with love and care. Our experience, and the one of our guests, is that there is a positive energy radiating in the house.

The studio is located at the second floor.

The neighborhood is on the outskirt of Brussels, close to several business areas. There are several shops and restaurants located closeby and there is a good connection with the public transportation.

We appreciate a good connection with our guests. You’re always welcome down on the ground floor with a cup of tea (we have a large assortment of tea and herbal tea) or a coffee. We’ll be happy to interact in French, Dutch, English or Spanish. As we live in the house, we can easily help you with all the questions you would have related to your stay in Brussels.

Our philosophy about the house is letting our guests use their common sense, being respectful, treating others as you like being treated and on top of that making the people staying here comfortable and helping them to make the most of their stay with us.
