The only negative thing about that: because of this location it can get loud outside at nights. But nothing that earplugs couldn't solve. It was a great vacation, a really great hotel and when we come back to Malta one day, we will definitly stay at this lovely hotel again. Thank you guys for everything, it was perfect! "

They both went out of their way to make us feel at home, so much so that it felt we were visiting family or friends rather than being in an anonymous hotel. Our room was fabulous and halfway through our stay we had the opportunity to move to one of the other rooms which was even more luxurious. We loved Annett’s wonderful breakfast and Michael’s fabulous morning coffees, made just as we like them! Much as we loved the house, we did manage to tear ourselves away to explore the area. Although the property is located in a quiet street it is just steps away from the waterfront with its bars and plenty of great places to eat. We loved wandering round Copiscua, exploring its narrow streets, markets and restaurants, but it was also really easy to get into Valletta, the ferry being a few minutes’ walk from the property. I was told that the property managers have no control over the construction (and don’t disagree) but it would have been good to know in advance and had the option to look for alternative arrangements. - "I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. The keypad on the door handle was really frustrating to use because you had to turn the handle just enough to trigger it to unlock. Otherwise, I enjoyed the balcony, the kitchen and all-in-one washer dryer. Parking is not easy on the street especially if you are like me, and didn’t know they drove on the left side of the road. The host was very very responsive so I appreciated that level of communication. I used the scooters to get around the city. I loved the location of this unit because it was also very close to the bus station that took you to tour sites, such as Mdina or Silema or Blue Grotto. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!!!! I’ll be back!!!!!!"

I am the owner of a block of 4 SEPARATE studio apartments.

(If you look at the pictures, the block is the one with blue balconies overlying each other. This particular apartment is the one at Ground Floor)

The good thing about this is that I know all the people that come in and out of the main door.

Why is this important?
I try to keep the place as friendly as possible to keep everyone's stay as homely as possible.

What to find (all included):

* 1 double bed, bathroom and a kitchenette.

* Air-condition for cooling and heating.

It is ideal to be used as a holiday in / out accommodation since the apartment is at street level so unfortunately it is not full of light as there is no Maltese balcony although there is a window on the facade. It is also unfortunately slightly humid being at ground floor. (please look at photos and read reviews).

Check in and check out is unfortunately strict as I would need to clean before following guests arrives. Check in is done with the use of a security box which is just outside the door. All info will be sent prior to arrival.

Guess has his own private access. He also gets access to the main building staircase that leads to the roof terrace.
