- "The new and spacious service apartment was comfortable and reasonably priced. It is close to the Busan station, and can be accessed via a connecting bridge from Busan station. We had to ask the information desk at the station to figure out which exit to take in order to get to the connecting bridge, which is exit 10 next to a Krispy Kreme shop. The apartment is pretty new and clean, and it is equiped with adequate cooking utensils, pots and pans and a rice cooker if you would like to cook some small meals. There were only enough kitchenwares for two people though. There is no cooking oil, salt and pepper provided. The bedroom is separate, which we like a lot as it made us felt like we were at home. We could relax on the sofa in the lounge, watch some Netflix (log in using our own account), and snack away before bed. The only drawback was the view from apartment which was directly facing the next high rise building. Personal hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste, foam cleansing, etc.) are not provided due to government regulations on the use of disposable items.

Other things to note
- Please refrain from making noise after 10pm for your neighbors!

-All garbage, including food waste and general garbage, can be left in the room.
There is a separate collection area next to the parking lot on the 1st floor for PET bottles, vinyl, and cans.
(Please tell us in advance if you need to dispose of it because the regular trash is full during your stay.)

-In case of contamination that cannot be easily erased by floor carpets, bedding blood stains, and general washing, an additional laundry fee will be charged.

-It is prohibited to attach balloons and adhesive tapes to the wall or to use candles that may cause fire.

-The boiler can be controlled from the veranda.

- Absolutely no smoking in the house! When smoking indoors, the fire alarm may sound, so it is strictly prohibited. Smoking must be done outside the first floor.If you are caught smoking, you will be fined 100,000 KRW.

-This accommodation is not pet friendly. Thank you for your consideration

-Do not open windows without mosquito nets. Insects may enter.

-The room card key can always be left in.

-If the number of guests exceeds the number of people booked, you will be charged twice the existing accommodation fee on Airbnb.
