I can se this property becoming very busy if they retain that level of service. - "This is my first time with condotel and was not fully satisfied with our stay. It says it has a sofa bed, which came out that’s it’s only a couch. We need to buy our bath soap, shampoo and bottled water." - "There were worms squirming inside and outside the unit. Water was pouring out from a closed pipe across the unit and was entering the room, my sister and I had to throw in towels on the floor right outside the door to saturate the water and prevent it from entering the unit. We had to call the front desk to attend to the flooding and treat it as an emergency. Took two calls before they finally stopped the flooding. We called the owner but I don’t know what they communicated with the building attendant; maintenance came knocking on the door, they thought the water was coming from the unit. It took them time to understand that it was coming from across the unit. I didn’t sleep all night fearing those worms will crawl towards us. Couldn’t wait to leave the next day."

Shore2 charges PHP150 per person for regular days and PHP300 for holidays. Please let us know (before check-in) how many pool vouchers you need and we will procure them for you and the payment can be collected via airbnb.

Parking guidelines

Parking is available right next to the lobby area.
The parking rates at the Shore2 common area is
PHP50 for the first 4 hours
PHP50 for each hour thereafter
Additional PHP300 for overnight (on top of the hourly charge after 1am)

No clothes hanging outside at the balcony otherwise 2000php fine from the building.

Garbage disposal

Please note that there is an available garbage drop off near the elevator on your floor for your daily garbage disposal. Please don't leave your garbage in the hallway or outside your door, as that is a violation.

Self check-out
