This is a beautiful, well-maintained, and recently-renovated 2-story house, with a finished basement. There are 2 bedrooms, with queen beds, on the main floor, and a huge master suite, also with a queen bed, on the 2nd floor. There is a sleeper sofa (hide-a-bed) in the basement, as well as a pack `n play crib and inflatable mattress, which are located in the master suite walk-in closet. There are 3 full bathrooms, with each level of the home having its own. There is a cozy paver patio on the back side of the house, with a gas grill. Grilling utensils are located in the kitchen. There is a huge fenced-in backyard, and even a sandbox for the kiddos!

The edge of downtown is 6 blocks away, but is a bit of a longer walk. There are an abundance of taxis and Uber/Lyft drivers available to get you where you want to go, as well.

The Space:
The entrance to the apartment building is in the alley on the back of the building, right off of the parking lot. Parking in the lot is free and first come first served. There is also free street parking all around the building. There are a full-size washer and dryer that is in a shared room for the whole building. It is free but does require quarters to operate (it just spits the quarters out after you put them in).

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is mostly college students and single-family homes. Definitely super safe. We have never had a problem with breaking into cars. NDSU and the Fargodome are both walkable. There is a grocery store about a 3-minute drive away (FamilyFare). Downtown Fargo is an easy Uber/Lyft ride, about $7-8 each way.

Getting Around:
We have Uber and Lyft in Fargo, both are easy to get at any time. We have B-Cylcle stations throughout NDSU and Downtown. The city bus also stops two blocks from the apartment on the corner by NDSU. If you brought your own car, there should be ample parking in the lot behind our building or on the streets surrounding the building, just be sure to keep an eye on the snow removal times during the winter (it alternates streets and avenues).

The Neighborhood:
NDSU is two blocks to the west. Close bars, convenience stores, and bus routes. The neighborhood is mostly college students to the north, south, and west. East is a mix of college, single-family, and multi-family homes. Walking around at night I would feel comfortable, but it may not be comfortable for everyone. There will always be college students walking around.

Getting Around:
Walkable to the college, several bars, a gas station, and LYFT/Uber downtown for just $5. There is parking on-premise for a few cars. Parking is first-come, first-served. There is street parking available on the avenues, but the streets are no parking except Sundays. All parking is clearly labeled.

This apartment is located just two blocks from NDSU so it is mostly student housing with some single family and some apartment buildings mixed in. It is a safe neighborhood.

Getting Around:
You are welcome to park your car in either of our two parking lots (in front and behind the building) or on the street. All are free. We're also located two blocks from major city transit lines (Matbus). We're about 5 minutes by car from the Fargo Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown Fargo in the other direction.

- "Happy overall. Responsive. Good beds. Only one bathroom, hard to share. " - "Good location " - "The house has lots of room and unique features. The bathroom has an amazing bathtub and is my absolute favorite part of the house!! The washer is also a great amenity. It's nice and big and works really well. A couple minor issues I had though. First thing is that it says pool table in the ad and the last time I stayed there was a ping pong table which was not pool table but still really cool. My niece had her friends over for a tournament and had a blast. This time however there wasn't a pool table or a ping pong table so I'm not sure what happened. The second thing is that in the living room there was a light that stayed on 24/7 and we couldn't find a switch to turn it off but still wasn't a big deal. Third is the light on the outside of the door was out and it get really dark in the alleyway. The fourth issue was there isn't parking right at the house. You have to park on the street and it's a little walk, not much though but can be kinda annoying. But these are all minor things that were just personal things that I myself were annoyed by. But still I would rent again anytime!"

Welcome to our home! Please make yourself comfortable :) Entering the front door you'll see the main living room and the stairs to the second floor. The living room leads into the formal dining room, which leads into the Full kitchen with a breakfast nook (There is also a 1/2 bath on the main floor just off the kitchen). Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, which also has a little deck overlooking the back yard. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. Heading down to the basement you'll find laundry in an unfinished laundry room and a second living room area with a twinkle light ceiling, large couch, and smart TV.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full house for the duration of their stay. The garage is not included in the listing as it is used for storage. You'll be able to park in the front driveway and on the street in front of the house.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in North Fargo just a block from the NDSU campus. The other houses around us are a mix of single family homes and college rentals. On the opposite side of the block (heading towards NDSU) there are larger college houses. The neighborhood is full of mature trees and is quite safe. We're located on the one block from University Drive (the main one-way going south) and two blocks from 10th St (the main one-way going north). Both streets have easy access to public transit. We're also located just a few blocks (maybe 8-10 min walk) from the Fargodome.

Getting Around:
There is parking for one vehicle on our property in the driveway in front. There is additional parking on the street in front that is first come, first served. We're located one block from the nearest public transit stop (search "matbus" for times and fares). There are also large bike lanes on University Drive and 10th St for easy access to downtown and NDSU.

There were VERY uncomfortable moments until we determined what was going on. A major shopping center (West Acres) is a 15 minute drive away as well as easy access to the interstate system.
