The only minor things we could dare to bring attention to - would be: (1) the lack of curtains/shades/blinds on the top floor (host said it will be address soon, so if you're checking in Jul24 or later - likely not an issue anymore, if not fixed yet - windows conveniently open inside too and we just covered it with dark plastic bag), (2) my ladies said they found the stairway a bit slippery (maybe gluing some anti-slip strips can make it perfect for them, but per me - it was absolutely fine except the drop from the top to the very 1st stair on the way down is somewhat deeper than intuitively expected) and (3) the hot-water boiler is on opposite end of these townhouses - so when you turn on faucet or shower 1st time - it may take 1-3 minutes to get it warm, and (4) the doors between rooms within the townhome are a bit less soundproof than typical doors in other buildings (main door and windows are excellent). Once again - all the arguments above are very minor, everything else was absolutely great (so it wasn't easy to find the things to complain about). Host is very friendly and responsive. Thank You for letting us stay there!"

This oasis with its traditional Swedish red-and-white wood design will undoubtedly have you under its spell. The property features an old timber house (the original building from 1929) connected from the inside to the spacious main house (built in 1976), as well as a separate guest house, double carport and garage.

The property offers more than 200 m2 of living space. Entering the main house, you will be greeted by a spacious hall that extends into the dining area furnished in Gustavian style, overlooking the garden and pool area. Further in, step into the generous living room with its 4-meter-tall ceiling, 65’ large flatscreen TV, piano and fireplace. Here, you can enjoy a cup of tea by the fire, immerse yourself in a novel, or play family board games (available at the house).

Bordering the beautiful old-growth forest on the back side, you will find the spacious master bedroom with its kingsize bed, optional baby bed and en-suite bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower. The main house also features two workstations and a spacious pantry equipped with all amenities for your culinary adventures.

From the dining area, you will access the charming original timber house (connected from the inside) where a fully equipped kitchen and cozy lounge area with additional fireplace are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a workstation/studio and separate bedroom with a kingsize bed and view over the swimmingpool and garden.

Accessed from the kitchen, the house front features a covered South-facing terrace with a large dining table (up to 8 people) and Weber Bbq grill (Genesis Ii), where you may dine facing the garden and the beautiful fields ahead.

The separate guesthouse offers full independence, and includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom (WC and shower) and sauna (space for 3-4 persons). In the morning, walk out and plunge straight into the pool (6 x 4 m) for a refreshing dip!

The property is located only 12 min from Arlanda airport, 35 min from Stockholm city , 30 min from Uppsala and 25 min from Sigtuna (a charming seaside town which used to be Sweden’s first capital city in the Viking era).

For groceries, there is a shop (Ica Lunda Livs) located just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute bicycle ride from the house. The city of Märsta (15 minute drive) offers multiple large food stores as well as other forms of shopping.

In terms of nearby restaurants, we recommend paying a visit to stunning lakeside Rånäs Slott (Rånäs Castle) for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. Alternatively, experience dining at Båthuset in Sigtuna, an old wooden house on the waterfront which offers exquisite fine dining with local produce at a reasonable cost.

For the avids of golf, Skepptuna Golf Club is located just 10 minutes away.

Enjoy nature from our set up and completely newly renovated caravan. Here you sleep in the middle of a nature reserve but still have Stockholm 35 minutes away by car.

The space
The caravan, which is 1962, is completely newly renovated inside. During 2024-2025, the terrace, roof and outdoor kitchen were also built.

The outdoor kitchen is equipped with electric grill, hot plate (induction), sink and running water (hot water can be obtained if necessary), kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso) as well as all utensils and dishes. Should anything be missing, we are on hand and happy to lend out equipment.

Inside the caravan there is a double bed that is 160cm wide. Due to the size of the caravan, the bed is only about 165 cm long but can be extended with extra pad.
In the caravan there is also a smaller dining table, 2 chairs, closet and fridge. If necessary, space in our freezer can also be used.

The bathroom (in our house, but completely secluded with private entrance) there is a shower, toilet and sink.

In the caravan (and on its deck) there are both lights and electric sockets (230V).

Guest access
The caravan is only used by the guests. It is secluded on the house's garden and there is no transparency.

Next to the caravan, guests' car can be safely parked.

The pool is shared with us and possibly other guests staying in our outhouse. The pool is normally open between mid-May to mid-September. As it is heated by the sun, it is usually between 18-23 degrees during May, and between 25-30 degrees from July onwards. I'd love to hear it and we can tell you more about the current temperature etc.

The bathroom, which is inside the house, is used only by the guests. The bathroom is accessed via its own entrance and the door into the house is kept locked. The bathroom is thus completely private and only for the guests.

Welcome to our home, Only 10 minutes from Arlanda is our peaceful newly built villa that is only 2 years old. Fully-equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms and lovely patios, with outdoor room, hot tub and barbecue area.

Here is the perfect place to stay if you just need to stopover before/after or between your flights. Or if you want to stay longer, there are incredibly nice places nearby.

It is quick to get to Sigtuna, Stockholm and Uppsala from our accommodation.

The space
Large bedroom with a double bed of 180x200cm with direct access to our beautiful garden.

Within walking distance you will find swimming/lake, restaurants, lovely nature and Sigtuna City. If you want to go for a walk or a run, there are great opportunities outside the house. If you come with your own vehicle, we have a free parking space for you.

Arlanda is close and you can easily get there by either car or bus.
Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged, subject to time.

Guest access
Kitchen and living room are shared with us in the family and if there are other guests in the home. Here, it is large and spacious with nice details where you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, hang out, or just relax on the couch.

There are two large sofas, a large 65" TV and two armchairs where you can feel at home.

On the patio, there is a dining area, lounge area, sunroom and hot tub. Here, when the weather permits, you can enjoy to the fullest.
