The only issue was coming home late after a day of touring the city to find our key didn't work, but we called the front desk (after hours) and they helped us get into the room."

- "Friendly staff, clean and well maintained room. Short walk to trains, eateries and shops. " - "everything about this stay was bad. the elevator was slow and stuffy and was under maintenance one day so we had to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs, we also saw a grandma having to use the stairs and felt so bad for her. the wifi was super slow and would only work half the time so it wasn’t reliable. the bathroom was tight and cramped - the pictures were super misleading (think they only showed pics for the big rooms) bc the sink is extremely small and there was barely enough space to hold both our toothbrushes and contact cases. there’s also only a tiny mirror so it made it difficult to get ready (no full length mirror either). there were definitely bed bugs bc i woke up with 6 bites on my side. we remember a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel one day and asked the staff about it and they said it was “adhesive for new carpets”.. the carpets still looked old and grimy so we’re pretty sure it was insecticide to kill the bed bugs and they used it as a cover up. the bed sheets were also dirty and i saw dried blood on it even after we put the sign up for new sheets. the only plus is the laundry service and convenient location but overall the whole experience was pretty horrible and i wouldn’t recommend this place ever. you’re better off getting a cheaper and nicer hotel farther from the city center."
