The space
This is a small, yet convenient studio apartment. We have recently remodeled the place and added more features for additional comfort.

What you’ll find here is a functional, small, and conveniently located spot!

Here is a detailed description of what to expect:

The building is has an iinsulated tin roof, which is widely used in Paraguay. When it rains, you’ll be able to hear the rain.

The bathroom is downstairs and it has old appliances yet new taps. It has a shower, a hand wash, and a toilet, all common sanitary devices for Paraguay.

Downstairs you will also find a small Kitchenette, now almost a full kitchen since we have renovated. It has a small fridge and a stove. It also has a microwave.

Upstairs you will find a full-size bed, a small table with chairs and a sofa. I

I provide beddings for the bed, and can provide extra linens if you require. There are two windows in the main room area upstairs and one downstairs by the kitchen. One is facing the front , with trees to see , and the other one faces my house (my house is in the back of the property). There is also a door to a small balcony with plants.

To access the space, you need to enter around 40 meters from the street through a gravel driveway and a garden .

We are conveniently located in the heart of villa morra neighborhood. There are nice places around such as: el cafe de Aca, shopping del sol, shopping villa morra, and several nice restaurants and bars. There is also a gym about 2 blocks away. You will be at a walking distance to it all.

You will be provided with your own set of keys. You’ll have one key that opens the gate that faces the street. The other one is of your unit.

Tap water in Paraguay might not meet certain standards. Do your research and decide what to do. I provide a big bottle of drinking water as courtesy.

What to pack for a visit to Paraguay in general: bug spray (prevent mosquito bites!), sunscreen, water bottle, comfy light clothes if visiting in spring or summer, hat or cap, a good umbrella for our intense rains.

Apartment in monambiente, 30m2. With all the comforts and private bathroom. It's on a 2nd floor, well aired. Located in a family residential neighborhood 100m from Asunción. Steps from two of the main avenues that connect with Lambaré, San Lorenzo and Mariano Roque Alonso. A 5-minute walk from a supermarket, food court, pharmacy, ATMs, etc. The apartment is accessed by stairs.

The space
It is a single room apartment. 30m2. It has a double bed. 2 people can stay. My place is special because of the neighborhood in which it is located. It has many services nearby and the most important thing is the safety and tranquility of the street.

Guest access
It has all the basic amenities. Kitchen, fridge, kitchen sink, tv, wifi. We put the sheets, quilts and towels. In addition soap, cutlery and items for cooking. Some services such as iron, hair dryer, etc. we provide on request. Currently we do not have a cable TV, but we have alternatives available such as Mbox, which allows you to watch movies through applications. You can consult about your special needs.

Other things to note
Our schedule for welcoming guests is from 7am to 7pm.

Check-in time is between 1pm and 6pm or 7pm. Check out is at 9 am. Check before you book if you're not happy with your plans.

Access is by stairs.

Prices are per person per person. An amount is being added after the first person. If their purpose is to receive visitors, you must enter the number of real people who will usually enter the place and must identify themselves with documents.
