The building is owned by a non-profit organisation, Metropolitan YMCA Singapore. We are the ones who made it comfortable, home-like luxury and also operating the units to give you a holistic serviced apartments stay.

- "The property is spacious and clean. Housekeeping comes every other day and does a great job. Under 15 mins by public transit to Orchard Road (shopping/dining) and the Botanic Gardens. Easy and prompt communication over email. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk lent us umbrellas one rainy day. We had a couple of small issues over the course of three weeks and they were addressed immediately. A very small downside: The kitchen is not adequately equipped for cooking a proper meal (preparing breakfast and reheating food are fine). There's only one small and expensive supermarket within walking distance. Food (hawker) centers require a bus or the MRT. But there is a restaurant in the building next door (which we only discovered late in our stay; the food is varied, affordable, and excellent). But the upsides more than made up for the downside. Would definitely stay again!"

Checking In and Checking Out:
Check-in’s are from 2 pm until late night. Early check-in before 2 pm is subject to availability on the day, depending on other guests' bookings. Do drop me a notice in advance if you require this. Should you need a guaranteed check-in during the early morning, we recommend booking an additional night, in which case you can access the apartment early morning.
You will be met by me at the apartment and I will help you get settled in, showing you around the building and its facilities. Feel free to ask about the amenities or travel recommendations around the area.
Check-out is by 12 pm. Late check-outs are subject to availability on the day itself, depending on bookings by other guests. Luggage stored in a secured area can be arranged for late check-outs. Do drop me a text if you require this. Our check-out is fuss-free; simply leave your keys on the desks of your rooms.

Guests are advised to seek their own travel or other insurance if such coverage is desired. We are required to make a copy of your passport and Singapore Employment Pass/Student Pass upon check-in. Bookings are for the number of guests indicated on your booking confirmation, this number includes children. Pools do not have a life guard on duty and parents are to ensure proper supervision of their children.
