When it rains, the rooftop floor can be very slippery. Please be careful when you go out on the roof. Please be careful not to injure your children.

Off-site parking is available at a cost of 1000 yen per car per day. If you wish to use it, please let us know in advance so we can show you how to use it.

No one who is not included in the reservation will be allowed to stay or enter the room. If someone other than the person making the reservation enters the room, even for a short period of time, that person must be included in the reservation and the number of people in the room. For security reasons, we ask for your cooperation in this matter.

The space
Tatami room can be divided into 3 rooms with sliding doors, suitable for like a big family of 3 generations, friend’s trip, off site meeting and so on.
You can also enjoy a private vacation for a couple, 3-4 people family trip. It’ll be very spacious.
We have no common lobby like hotels, it is totally private.
Please check in at a café next door, they’ll give you a room key.
It is very quiet at night even it locates very center of the town.

We charge you extra fees in case any of the following occurs.
-When you let other people to stay.
-When you take linens and towels home.
- When you broke any of the equipment in the property;
- When you broke the toilet; (please don't flush any other than toilet paper)
- When we get extra bill from electric company cause of running the air conditioner or other equipment on through the day when you are not in room.

Other things to note
□Other
The JR Ito Line runs behind the building, so you may be bothered by the sound of the trains, but the last train is at 11pm, so it won't be too much of a problem at night.
The number of trains is around two per hour.

As this is a private rental, you can use all the rooms.

*Smoking is prohibited indoors (including electronic cigarettes).

*Fireworks are prohibited so please do so at Ito Orange Beach.

*Cancellation fees will not be waived due to the declaration of a state of emergency or measures to prevent the spread of infection.

*Cancellation fees will only be waived if public transportation to the accommodation is disrupted and you are physically unable to get to the accommodation.

*If any damage or stains are found after your stay, we will charge you separately for the cost of restoration and repairs. In cases of deliberate damage or other serious damage, we will file a police report.
