There is space for a regular car and one light vehicle to park, but the road to the property is narrow, so it may be difficult to come by a large car.
There are also large steps from the parking area and road, and cars with low height cannot be parked.
In the past, we have a track record of parking with a wide type of high ace (188 cm wide), but please let us know if you need to use it.
If the car is not large, there is also a coin parking lot nearby.

This property is located at Kunitachi Station, which is 3 stations and 20 minutes from Shinjuku by special express, and 11 stations and 30 minutes by express.
It is a 7-minute walk from Kokubunji Station, making it easy to use.
This simple and practical room with minimal amenities is the perfect base for sightseeing in western Tokyo.

[Facility Features]
There are a total of 4 queen beds in the 2 bedrooms, so if you use it with 4 people, each person can relax comfortably in their own bed.
The facilities are minimal and there is nothing unnecessary.

Sightseeing
To the east, you can travel to Shinjuku and Tokyo stations on the Chuo Line, and from there you can do sightseeing in the city center.
To the north, there are Lake Tama, Seibu Yuenchi, and Tokorozawa Aviation Park, and you can also reach Saitama Super Arena in an hour.
To the west, you can also go to Mt. Takao, Lake Sagami, Okutama, and other places with abundant nature.
To the south, you can visit Tokyo Keibajo, via Tachikawa to Kawasaki, and the Okamoto Taro Art Museum and the Japanese Folk House Garden in Ikuta Green Space.

In addition, Kunitachi is also a historic land, and tourist spots such as the Tegataya To Teien Garden in front of the station, the Musashi Kunitachi Temple Ruins, the Otaka no Sato and Masago no Ike Spring Water Group, and Musashi Kunitachi Park are all within walking distance of the facility.

The space
There are two rooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and a Japanese-style bedroom, and each room has two double-sized low beds.
Each room is separated by a sliding door, so it feels open when you open them all, and there are many windows on each floor, so the ventilation and sunlight are great.
However, the property itself is old, so there are some noticeable signs of aging, and the toilet and bathroom may feel old.

* There is also the same type of room on the 1st floor. In some cases, we may need to move you to the room on the first floor.

Parking
Please be sure to let us know if you'd like to use the parking lot when booking, as it's on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is enough space to park one regular-sized car and one small car, but the road to the property is narrow, so it may be difficult for large cars to access.
Also, there is a large step between the parking lot and the road, so cars with low clearance cannot be parked.
In the past, we have had guests with wide vehicles (188 cm wide) park, but please contact us when you arrive, as we will need to plan your route in.
If your car is too large to enter, there is also a coin parking lot nearby.
