Towels (I had to request 3 times), no hairdryer, no washing machine ( I especially wantd to use this as we had been travelling for 2 weeks). No pillows, only 2 flat cushions on a Sofa bed which was the most uncomfortable thing we have ever slept on. When I mentioned all this at checkout, the lady just shrugged & suddenly couldn't understand my English. Apart from all thus it was OK"

In a small 4-story building, located in an old neighborhood, offers all amenities, 5 minutes from the train station on foot and 4 minutes from the Casino Square, this bright 2-room accommodation will offer you all the comfort with its small balcony.

Please note that since the health crisis... cleaning and disinfection of everything that can be touched is applied... even before Covid19 the sheets and covers were washed at 90 degrees with bleach (I therefore maintain this policy of respect) as well as the door handles and all the switches... with 70 alcohol vinegar. Rest assured of my more drastic attention, I also add a day of distance after each rental to give me the time it takes to satisfy the following rentals.

Late check-in assistance after 20:30 incurs a €50 charge for the first hour and €30 per hour waiting fee thereafter, payable in cash upon arrival. This service must be booked at least 1 week in advance.

Guests must dispose of all rubbish in the city council bins opposite the apartment before departure.

Each set of keys includes a red badge. Use this badge to swipe the metal disc by the main entrance between 20:30 and 07:00 when the door is locked for security.
