- "It was a nightmare registering in because there is no one there to admit you to the hotel. There is no phone number even on the website. We arrived at the entrance, unlit, during the night. You see, I got an email from the hotel confirming our stay written in the email headline. So, I never bothered to read the email. It was a mistake but this is a natural response. So we did NOT know our access code. Only because someone else living there let us in did we get into the lobby. And the self-check in apparatus is difficult to use and verifying whom we were was impossible the way it was set up.Only bc there was a phone number were we, after 90 minutes, able to enter our room. No instructions on how to get out of the room either due to the electronic lock. We had to call again. Took 15 minutes to do this! We are not idiots either. I am a computer programmer. There simply are no instructions."

- "Pros: -Location is close to a lot of attractions. -The host is pretty good about responding to my messages. Cons: -A lot smaller than what I was expecting from the photos. The photographer did their job with the wide angle lens haha. -Only one ac unit in the whole apartment. The ac is only available in the living room. This made it really hot and hard to sleep in the bedroom, especially during the summer. -The entire 9th floor and the front of the apartment reeks of cigarettes. I don’t know if it was the smoking floor but the unit is non smoking. The smell was horrendous. The toilet room which was by the front entry reeked of cigarettes as well. Definitely would not recommend this location. Think I’ll stick with hotels next time. "

- "The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of parking space would make it more usable. In the kitchen, a toaster would be a nice and inexpensive addition. Lastly, a bracket for the bathtub water spray would be welcome, to enable the tub to be used as a shower if desired. "

- "Cozy like home " - "Absolutely loved Minn Chitose! We booked the deluxe. It accommodated 2 families; total of 7 people: 4 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There were 3 rooms with a total of 6 beds and a living room/kitchen. The place was clean and had EVERYTHING we needed: pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, rice cooker, microwave, full fridge/freezer, vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies, and washer/dryer. We loved that it had two separate showers and toilets to accommodate our two families as well. It’s a little far from restaurants and stores but we had a rental car so it was no issue. They also recommended an app (Wolt) to use for food deliveries since uber eats doesn’t deliver to the hotel. The parking is free. There’s a vending machine in the lobby with drinks and ramen/snacks. Elevator was a plus as we had a lot of luggages and a baby stroller. We stayed under 6 days so there’s no cleaning service according to their policy (7 days has cleaning service on the 4th day) but we were able to contact them on the line app and they delivered fresh towels and trash bags as requested.
