There was an issue with the wifi which he resolved fairly quickly. Overall would reccomend staying here - note there are a number of hosts for this building and I cannot comment on their service however "by Luna" certainly gets our vote. If you want an affordable hassle free stay in KL then you're in Luck here. "

- "These are condo-tel units and they are overall fine. The building has a great location and is in decent shape. I was pretty happy with everything because I did not have high expectations, so they were somewhat exceeded. There was no bedding for our 2 kids on the “sofa bed” which was really some thin padding over a wide window bench, but they brought more bedding and pillows within about 30 minutes and the kids were comfortable enough.
