Described as kitchenette - shared fridge and microwave and communal cups with another room, this was situated in the vestibule outside the 2 rooms. No sink/cleaning/prep area. 2 sunloungers situated on the outside stairs up to the rooms. Room tiny, barely able to move round the table and bed. Good sized bathroom. Does not resemble description on Expedia, pictures are very flattering and not the reality of the experience. We didn’t stay and had to find alternative accommodation and of course at more cost. - "Stayed 2 nights at B&B Kassanos, and can only recommend this great little hotel. The trip was part business part pleasure. The host is very helpful and service minded (checked in very late without problems), the rooms are newly renovated and very tasteful (the view over Privas and the mountains is astonishing) and breakfast is perfect with homemade confiture and fresh pressed juice. Behind the hotel is a small little garden with plateaus where the afternoon can be enjoyed on the terasse. Absolutely recommendable for business as well as pleasure. "

My house is built in a U-shape and I rent the right wing with a bedroom (with a double bed, 1 single bed, an extra mattress and a wardrobe), a bathroom (toilet, shower and towels) a storage space (shelves and coffee/tea area). This wing is reserved for you for the time of your stay.

Independent adjoining apartment of 35 sqm with entrance by digicode + private square. Located in a very quiet area close to a dead end road offering magnificent views of the Valley but also the castle of La Mothe.
Located 20 minutes by bike from the Dolce Via where you can walk in complete tranquility.
Ideal starting point to visit all the must-see places in the Ardèche: the Gerbier des Joncs, the Mézenc, the Ray Pic, the Pont d 'Arc, etc...and to go on a hike.

The space
This is a apartment adjoining our house ( we live above).
We have a sociable and affectionate young dog but also a cat and chickens. Do not hesitate to come with your 4-legged friends provided that they also accept our pets. The property is totally fenced.
You will have the opportunity (on request) to take eggs from our chickens (according to production)
You will have at your disposal a large picnic table and a gas barbecue to enjoy the view and sun in complete tranquility.
The apartment has an office area with a printer and WiFi.
In the bathroom refurbished in April 2024, a washing machine and a laundry line are present. Another outdoor floor is also available.
Your bikes can be stored under cover.
Please return the apartment as you found it on arrival, so you have to clean before your departure and empty the garbage cans 😉

Guests have a access to the garden which will be shared with us. In front of the apartment you will have a large picnic table so you can have breakfast and meals with feet in the grass.
