Our space is called Amagua Natura. The Higuera suite is a comfortable room with a king size bed, living room, full bathroom and terrace overlooking the Higueras (majestic trees that are over a hundred years old approx.)
You can access the kitchen, living room, and dining room, which are common areas, as well as the pool.
The space
Amagua Natura is a 3-hectare tropical organic garden with some ancient trees (over 200 years old) and plantations of fruit trees such as: coffee, cocoa, mango, soursop, mamey, sapodilla, citrus, among others; and species such as: vanilla, moringa, neem, etc.
At Amagua, we use pure deep well water for irrigation and domestic use. In addition, a seasonal stream called “la Barragana” crosses our garden, which in the rainy season delights us with the sound of its waters.
This area preserves a great variety of endemic animals such as: armadillos, opossums, iguanas, skunks, squirrels. And it allows the sighting of more than 50 species of birds, making it ideal for people interested in bird watching.
