The space
The privileged location allows you to be in a green and quiet area, but very close to the sea and all services (cafes, restaurants, markets, newsstand, sports facilities and bus stop to Cagliari or other nearby beaches).

two-family house on one level, with a loggia, garden with green lawn,
indoor parking and small street that leads to the sea, indoor and outdoor shower.
The space
The villas are newly built, always thoughtfully styled in terms of aesthetics, comfort, and cleanliness.
Other things to note
Relaxation, sun and sea go hand in hand, in addition there are many activities that can be done both day and night, and of course there are not all the amenities such as restaurants, rides for young people and adults, bars, piano bars, markets, and much more. The beautiful beach, also equipped with a kiosk bar, and in front of the kiosk there is the little piece of beach dedicated to umbrellas, sun loungers and/or beach with a reserved place for a fee, and large and small toys for children (for those who want the comfort of not having to carry anything). Next to the kiosk bar they also offer hikes and diving lessons. We could extend hours, but, to all those who do not yet know Costa Rei, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it, and of course staying in this Villa you can rest easy for everything including CLEANING, RELAXATION, VILLA MUCH MORE THAN COZY, and PRESENCE BECAUSE FOR ANYTHING OR INFORMATION I WILL BE PRESENT AND I will BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU.
