The space
My space is like an extension of our home. It is a few steps from where my family and I live. So as a host I can be available most of the time and give some privacy to my guests as well.Each room has its own front door,bedroom,kitchen and bathroom.There is also a balcony/veranda in each room and you could open the glass doors should you wish to get some fresh air.
Guest access
My space includes a reception area where you can relax and sit around. There is a local phone here if you wish to get a local transportation to bring you to other parts of the city, order food for delivery or call local friends. We have a common cooking area should you wish to cook, you may ask for assistance. Smoking is allowed outside but not inside the rooms.
We have free WIFI and cable TV.
During your stay
I can be available most of the time. I can assist in whatever you want like access or directions to the city or delivery of food,etc. If ever I won't be around, my staff will be available to help you.
Other things to note
Should you wish to visit other parts of the province outside Iligan City, you may coordinate with me as your guide. I have access also to local Travel agencies should you need any arrangements.
