The house can accommodate 5 adults, complete with air conditioning, a lounge area as well as a comfortable dining area, and parking space for two cars. DANTES IS also close to various places of interest around Terengganu that are only a few minutes away, such as:

This homestay is connected to a back house, like a semi-detached house. Still, the driveway is separate — the homestay gate is on the right end, while the back house gate is on the left end. Guest privacy is maintained as the residents of the back house do not look in and out of guests.

CahayaVilla has 3 gateways, to 3 diff sections of the property.
Gate 1: CV1 (The Villa)
Gate 2: CV2 (The Chalets: Heliconia Chalet & Alpinia Chalet)
Gate 3: CV3 (Calathea Room, Pisonia Room, Bauhinia Room, Vernonia Room and Plumeria Suite)
Please proceed to Gate3 for Pisonia Room at CV3.
Other things to note
Please ensure your own family members safety at all time especially at the main entrance door’s stepping stones on the fish pond, around and in the swimming pool too. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries during your stay in our premise.
The RULES and REGULATIONS:
1. Please follow the check in and check out instructions provided
2. Check in time is at 3.00pm
3. Check out time is at 12.00pm
4. Please let us know in advance if you are arriving earlier than the normal check in time
5. NO smoking at anytime inside the house
6. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor social area only
7. Please observe and practice the cleanliness and safety guidelines inside the property all the time
8. Guests can use all the facilities and appliances provided with due respect to its functions and always handle the usage with care and cleanliness.
9. The BBQ sessions is only allowed to be conducted in the private outdoor social area using the provided BBQ pit and utensils for a safety reason.
10. Swimming pool usage is at guests own risk and please observe all the standard safety of swimming pool.
11. Maximum up to 10 people in the pool at one time to avoid discomfort or accident.
12. Guests must use proper swimming attire for their own safety and comfort
13. All appliances used must be cleaned, washed and placed back to its original locations. (These includes all electrical appliances, kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, placemats, BBQ pit and utensils, etc)
14. NO alcohol and Non-Halal food allowed on the premise at all time
15. NO loud noise and loud music allowed on the premise at all time. Please respect and observe the sensitivity of the local people/neighbourhood and surau/mosques nearby
16. DO NOT litter. Please place all the trashes in the bin provided and use the recycle coding respectively.
17. Any damage or missing items will be charged three (3) times of the price for each items.
18. Penalty will be imposed if leave the house in bad and messy condition.
19. Vandalism and nuisance is a crime. Please take care of your family members and do not involve in any of these offences at all time on the premise.

🪴BBQ pit is provided for the convenience of our guests. It is located outside the house in the private outdoor social area.
🪴Please place the BBQ pit ONLY in the stipulated area to avoid unnecessary disturbance to our flora and fauna in the garden.
🪴The BBQ sessions is only allowed to be conducted in the private outdoor social area using the provided BBQ pit and utensils for a safety reason.
🪴Guests need to prepare their own BBQ meals
🪴Guests to make sure all the BBQ equipments used must be cleaned and washed thoroughly to avoid unhygienic condition for the next guests use. And place it back to the storage area.

My place is 15 minutes away (by car) to Batu Burok beach, K.Terengganu city center & Payang Market. Supermarkets such as Giant & Mydin are 5 minutes away by car & convenient shop like 7Eleven is a walking distance.
With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, and a wide living room, my place is ideal for business travelers and families (with kids).
The space
The house is a traditional Malay house with a modern touch and has 4 rooms:
- First room has a queen and a single bed, equipped with ceiling fan and
air conditioner,
- Second room has a king bed, equipped with ceiling fan and air-
conditioned,
- Third room has 2 single beds, equipped with stand fan and air
conditioned,
- Fourth room has a queen bed, and equipped with a stand fan and air conditioned.
The house has two toilets, one equipped with water heater.
Guest access
You will have all the access to all the rooms, living room and the kitchen but not to the open attic.

Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Calathea room is located in a gated wall of CahayaVilla03. Inspired by a contemporary Terengganu and Balinese architecture and layout, Calathea room is equipped with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed, flat screen TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities and ensuite bathroom. Fits 4-5 guests. It is just a step away from the shared swimming pool, fish pond, mini gym and garden.

Cosy Calathea Room is situated in the property of CahayaVilla03 (consists of 5 units individual room), adjacent to CahayaVilla01. It has a sharing dining area, garden and swimming pool. We provide private parking space that can fit 6 cars at one time.
