Sosta a is a newly built house in the Matino countryside about 10 km from the beaches of Gallipoli. The b&b's philosophy is based on respect for nature, eco-friendly, and casual environment. You will enjoy fabulous breakfasts with short and organic products, you can grill the vegetables from our garden and relax with the help of crickets. Our guests do not love the noise, our guests want to relax and leave to do nothing. A different way to visit Salento, a more conscious way... We, of course, will not find a pool and TV in the room. We will give you information on routes or itineraries, bike tours or walks to discover villages or places that still speak of Salento. We will try to let you taste our true flavors by recommending trattorias where you can still eat genuine at the right price. We grow our garden and we have chickens that give us great eggs every day, eggs used to make our dlci and savory cakes for your breakfast.
It is advisable to equip yourself with transportation, as being in the countryside it is necessary to use it for any travel.
We offer our two bedrooms, both with separate entrance, terrace where you can relax, private bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed, the other with a double bed consisting of two single beds.

Daniele lives in the house, in one of the three bedrooms. She knows very well and loves her land, customs, and costumes. He'll recommend places to visit (even off the beaten path) and restaurants or taverns where you can eat authentic food and spend the right amount. Attention, Daniele can become worn-in if inspired by the uses and customs of his land... :) I've been b&bs for 20 years, my mother was one of the first to do b&bs in Salento and I'm proud of it!

We love animals and are in the countryside. Our philosophy of life is based on respect for nature and harmony. We want to meet and have people as guests who want to truly relax and get to know our territory. There are animals in our house and we are in the countryside, so we want to emphasize them to avoid any misunderstandings or unintentional inconvenience.
You won't find TV or pool by choice for us (the show to be seen is outside and the beautiful sea is 10 minutes away).
We love animals, right now there are two very nice and quiet dogs (Boris and Yan) and a very sweet kitten (Pepper).

All areas of the building are accessible to our guests, we want them to feel comfortable exploring and asking our story. However, some areas that you will find closed will be temporarily dedicated to some guests: for example, the use of the hydromassage included in the price is for exclusive use and therefore it is not possible to access them if there are other guests.

During your stay
In the Court of entry you will always find someone available to meet your needs; in the instructions in the room you will have my daughter's mobile number with which you can interface.

⊛Our Masseria Urnana "A Locanda Tù Marchese, in addition to the six guest rooms, includes the typical trattoria, where you can book your table and savor all the products of our farm cooked on a wood fire.

⊛If during your stay you want to do activities, by visiting your site or asking Greta you can participate in our Workshops ("Orecchiette with Nonna Tetta" or "Mozzarella, ricotta and cheeses: traditions in Masseria") or we will be able to recommend different experiences in the area between sea, countryside, nature and city.

⊛Breakfast time: Breakfast is served on the terrace (in summer) or in the indoor room (in winter) from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. In case of special needs, the time mustbe agreed upon previously.

-After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
