The accommodation is 350 meters from the entrance to the Aosta – Courmayeur highway (Morgex exit); in 8 minutes by car you can reach the Pre Saint Didier Thermal Baths (we have an agreement), Courmayeur can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes and the Skyway in 20 minutes. The hamlet has free public parking. The bus stop is a short walk from the house. Within walking distance of the house are: a small supermarket, a pub, a takeaway pizzeria and a bar inside a magnificent pine forest.
The space
The accommodation is on the ground floor in a three-story condominium above ground, in the hamlet of La Ruine Morgex. A quiet area that offers silence and relaxation. You will be provided with the keys to independently access the apartment.
Guest access
At your disposal: the room with a 160x200 double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a coffee table, a private bathroom in the room for your exclusive use, the shared garden with deck chairs and a table with outdoor chairs. The kitchen is available for breakfast (which is included in the service) and, upon request, to prepare a possible meal independently (a microwave and an induction hob are available).
During your stay
I live in the apartment, but I'm not always at home. For any need or unexpected event, I can be contacted by phone or through various messaging apps.
Other things to note
A 10-minute walk away you will find a well-stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, two excellent pastry shops, two sports shops and an e-bike rental service.
Upon arrival, I will ask for your ID (identity card, driver's license or passport) as required by law.
The tourist tax, starting from May 1, 2024, is equal to one euro per day per person. Exemptions are provided:
- from the 8th day of stay
- for children under the age of 13
- for residents in the Aosta Valley
