It is a traditional house from the early 19th century. It has a special oriental Andalusian architecture, it has a courtyard-living room (today) with 4 columns. Very bright, it has a facade towards the garden (except for one room towards the alley of the old medina) that allows you to see the city of Tetuan, its mountains and the sea of Martin. It has two doors, both towards the old medina. Accessing from the garden door, it has the garden and garage on the ground floor, the living rooms on the first floor, and the bedrooms on the second and third floors. The other door is on the first floor, accessing this door, it has the bedrooms on the first and second floors. With the large terrace/rooftop, enjoy the sun and a panoramic outdoor views of the entire city, mountains and sea.
