We are located at STAY Cafe@Mae Rumpheung near Laem Yah National Park (5 mins drive) and Koh Samet pier (15 mins drive). It’s very convenient to travel here by a van from Bangkok. A song taew station (Thai Pickup Personal Transporter) is 600 m away, which takes you to Rayong.
It has about 2 km to the beach, supermarkets (Lotus, mini Big C, 7-Eleven) and market place (Tuesday/Saturday),
1 km to small shops and restaurants and 5 km to large supermarkets (Makro, Lotus, Big C).

From there, flights to Phuket, Koh Samui or Chiang Mai are possible.
The island of Koh Samet is almost on the doorstep, the islands of Koh Chang, Koh Mak, Koh Kood are about 2 hours away.
There are two more child-friendly dogs on the property.

Two lovely and absolutely peaceful dogs live with us on the property (in case someone has a dog allergy).
Take enough sunscreen with you, as in all holiday countries it is more expensive locally.

You are welcome to take your own means with you, although the selection here on site is large and cheap.

Airbnb's cost calculation refers to a maximum of 2 guests, for each additional guest there would be an additional price of 1,200 baht per day, whereby the discounts achieved are also passed on there.

Other additional costs:
From the experience of the last long-term rental, we have to calculate the electricity costs according to consumption to be fair.
It simply makes a difference whether 3 computers plus other technology and the air conditioning are running permanently during the day or someone is out and about during the day and only uses the air conditioning at night.
Unfortunately, airbnb does not offer any options for listing such additional costs separately in the cost information. Not as fixed costs, but only as incurred.
We have now installed an extra electricity meter for the guest house to calculate the electricity costs according to consumption.
We want to consciously communicate that here. In principle, we have nothing against digital nomads, but consider the form of work itself to be very attractive. But the costs must then also be distributed fairly.
To have at least a size of the costs, you can expect around 1,000 to 1,300 baht per month. We calculate 1 to 1 the costs that the electricity provider charges us.

The space
The guesthouse is one of several guest houses on the small holiday complex "Tina's Living Paradise II", which is only 5 minutes (by scooter) away from the beach. The centre of the guest house is the open-plan living area with kitchen and dining area. On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with workplace, bathroom and balcony. Highlight is the private pool with a cosy lounge area. In addition, there is a large pool for all guests in the middle of the property. This is definitely a good place to enjoy your vacation!

A simple room with breakfast. We are a small block behind a restaurant that is busy all night. If anyone likes fun and music, you can choose to stay here. Most importantly, we are very close to the beach.
