The 16 M2 room includes a double bed (160*200), closets and a bathroom. It is located in an outbuilding of the main villa, nestled on the heights of Saint-Denis at an altitude of 200 m, in a peaceful environment.

During your stay, you will have access to the villa's swimming pool and relaxation area with deckchairs.

You will be halfway between the airport and Saint-Denis city center (6 km/15 minutes).

This outbuilding is ideal for starting/ending your stay in Reunion.

The space
The room is located in an independent annex by the pool. It has a 160*200 bed, shelves and a bathroom/WC with a walk-in shower.
THERE IS NO KITCHEN.
We provide coffee and a Nespresso machine, as well as a kettle on the patio. Guests can dine on the table on the main terrace. The place does not have a kitchen but we provide you with a fridge.

During your stay, you can enjoy the swimming pool and sunbeds at your leisure. At sunset time, feel free to head to the rock at the rear of the property to take in the views of Saint-Denis and the Indian Ocean.

To access 150 Chemin Finette, from the beginning of the street, count about 2 km or about 5 minutes uphill. The house is on the right side of the street and the numbers follow each other on the even side, the number is on the house. Please note that the GPS tends to place us lower on the road (disregard this).

You can park on the sidewalk in front of the house or in the parking lot below.

Entry into the villa is through the small gate.
To access the Guest house, you have to go around the house to the right. You will arrive on the wooden terrace and the outbuilding is in front of you. The bay window of the outbuilding will be open and the keys will be on the door (1 key for the entrance gate (which should not be locked) and a key for the room).

High Bungalow: Le Tuit-Tuit


The Tuit-Tuit is the name of our upper bungalow (we have another one below, called Le Paille-en-Queue, named after another kind of emblematic bird in Reunion).

This is a stylish studio, including a toilet, bathroom, and dining area. The living room is equipped with a leather sofa bed, which easily turns into a bed.

The bungalow offers stunning views of “La Ravine Patate in Durand”, as well as the city of Saint-Denis and the Indian Ocean. In addition, Hotel Créolia is nearby.

For your information, the Tuit-Tuit (Acrocephalus gustavi), is a small bird endemic to the island, known for its melodious singing and beautiful appearance. With a black and yellowish plumage, he lives mainly in the humid forests and mangroves of Reunion. Unfortunately, it is now threatened with extinction, making it a very rare and valuable species. Preservation of its habitat is essential to ensure its survival.
