In good weather, you have a view of the plain and the Alps.
You can spend an evening on the balcony or with a book or sometimes at the cinema in Sainte-Croix.
Sometimes in the hammock that is in the dining room or with games available:

Alcohol is prohibited. To smoke, you would have to leave the building and take your cigarettes somewhere other than my home.
