It was not only cozy, but extremely clean, had all the kitchen tools we needed, was stocked with wood and easy to get around the Huilo Huilo reserve from. We weren't sure what to do when we arrived at the front gate, but someone came out to let us in and get us all checked in. Our cabin was absolutely gorgeous, complete with a wood stove, Chilean toaster :), and a back deck with a view of the lake. There was a stairway down to the shoreline from the deck. Everything about this place is beautiful and so peaceful. Our only complaint would be that there is not a lot to eat close by. But our cabin had a fridge and gas stove, so we just packed in our own food. You will love this place."

Contacted Expedia who said they would try and get us a refund as they’d already sent the money, but they wouldn't give us a refund. THEY ARE THIEVES! VERY DODGEY!!"
