Nonetheless we were in a private room... When the other rooms use the showers, there is a high-pitched noise that keeps going on for 15-30minutes.. It sounds like a huge shredder going off at 2 am for 30 minutes. The sound always woke us up. It interrupted our rapid. In addition, I asked several questions by email in advance, but to my surprise, there was no reply from the hotel... For example, I asked about the availability of a hair dryer. I was concerned, but decided to trust the hotel and stay for 6 nights in a row. But when I actually arrived, there was no hair dryer. It was cold in Calafate and I was without a hair dryer every day. I immediately caught a cold. I cut my hair due to this issue... What the hotel does not have... Hair dryer (not even in the dormitory space) Hangers Garbage cans (no garbage bags as well) God bless you and your family..."
