An elevator is important since my wheeled duffle is big and heavy. The place was spotless. Some of clientele eyed me up. I checked and the room lock was a good one. Another hiker without a plan found this place as a referral, a last stop if you will. Central hot water heating had the room toasty. The window opened to the street. This is a busy commercial neighborhood; there is small park within 300m. I walked back to the Cathedral to tapas with friends. Its not far, 15 minutes tops. Great location. All services available nearby. The small room was set with three singles. The shower stall is small. The porcelain sink shined like it was out of the box new. I turned off the heat with the radiator nob as I was too warm. Breakfast was 5€ no need to make a reservation. Overall it was extremely easy and a pleasant experience. Noise outside was loud due to garbage pickup late into the night and street merriment. "
