After discussions this was sorted and we stayed in our original room. On the third night a thief broke in to our room and in to our suitcases while we were at dinner and stole money,phone and jewelry. The Police advised the lock on the door was very easy to get in to and security at the front of the resort inadequate. Due to this and the feeling of not being safe there we left and went to another resort. After discussions with the owner and Police the owner agreed to refund 22000 pesos which was almost the cost of the booking. A terrible experience all round. We appreciate that the owner settled with us but with proper security this would never of happened."

They only provide one blanket for room. We are a family of four. I had to ask the front desk for another one. The lady gave me attitude when I asked. Also the bed sheets were very dirty. They advertise they have Wi-Fi which is pretty much non-existent. The pool is very dirty. Also the room had cockroaches in it. The air conditioner barely works in the room it does not keep it very cool."
