We did have hiccup where they were supposed to pick us up from the train station and they never showed up (and I had written confirmation), so beware about that. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel so getting there on foot with luggage was a bit of a struggle. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture. "
