- "I love this place! The rooms are outdated and need modernising but they are clean and good enough for the price. The area is the star, a beautiful part of the world with the Mighty Rhine the star of the show. Also the pool and sauna are lovely. The breakfast is incredible and the breakfast staff are lovely people who care about their visitors. We will stay here again. The rooms did lack outlets but I believe that is because it is older. The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. I was happy I could easily rent a bike at a low cost for the day from the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic! So many choices and all so fresh. It was wonderful too to enjoy eating while viewing the Rhine. (Sadly on the second day of our stay they hosted the breakfast temporarily in the hotel large banquet space - this was not so nice!). The only downside of the hotel is that it is busy! It is not small - it's a huge hotel and thus breakfast, the lobby, and other common areas were always full of people. Check-in and out are not quick processes so allow for some extra time. Despite minor inconveniences, I would gladly return to this hotel and this time stay longer!"
