I was a bit disappointed in the pool area. In the description of the hotel, it said that they have a hot top, but this was not the case. The swimming pool is also too cold to be able to relax and enjoy. Although I wissed the indoor pool was a bit warmer, I understand that it might be meant for people to swim and therefore is meant to be a bit cooler. However, the outdoor pool, that is not designed to swim in, was too cold to enjoy. I was also disappointed in the noise level at the pool area, where I expected it to be a place to relax in a relatively quiet area, it was noisy with people speaking loudly and children running around. The staff might also explain better the facilities to guests when they arrive and should make sure that there is always someone how speaks English at the reception since many of the staff speak very little English. The Wifi connection should also be improved, very slow and unstable. We often rely on the internet to make calls abroad so this is important."
