We live just outside London and having dined at numerous restaurants in the capital they could charge double. Though the hotel lets itself down on a few points that are easily rectified. Firstly there are signs for the Cafe but there isn’t one. Nor is there a bar. More than once we had to literally go into the kitchen to get hold of someone to request a drink. If you’re not going to have these facilities & serve people then your staff need to be present and attentive. The hotel has a number of rooms which don’t appear to serve any purpose these be converted to a bar or cafe. Plus no air conditioning in the rooms make for an uncomfortable night sleep. "
