- "This was quite frankly the worst hotel stay we have had. Not because the room was poor, but because we never saw the owner. We were given a code and let ouselves in. We heard the odd sound which indicated we were not alone - quite spooky really. The owner responded to our call but merely to give instructions - nothing more. In addition, there were not enough power points in the room and no bedside lights. It's a shame as the room and bathroom were newly decorated and it could have been quite pleasant. But as for hospitality - there was none. And surely that is the point of a hotel stay."
