In the heart of the charming village of Bellac, we invite you to stay in one of our 3 spacious Suites (+30m2).
On the 2nd floor of a renovated old building, you will enjoy the comfort of an independent Suite (bedroom, bathroom, office, tv) with self check-in (key box).
Nothing like it for a pleasant stay!
The space
After picking up your keys from the ground floor (key box), go up to the 2nd floor by the central monumental staircase and you access your suite completely independently.
It is very spacious (about 35m²) and the window overlooks the backyard (quiet). The floor is a magnificent oak period solid hardwood floor.
There you will find:
- A sleeping area: comfortable bed 160x200 cm with sheets provided, bedside lamps, outlets on each side of the bed,
- A lounge/cafet area: 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV (TNT channels +Netflix), Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods provided), electric kettle (tea and herbal teas provided), a mini fridge with free drinks, a separate desk and toilet.
- A shower area in the main room (separate with large screen): shower, shower gel, shampoo, shower towels and toilet gloves.
We do not want our guests to cook in the rooms, which is why we chose not to put a kitchenette. But you can of course arrange your own food and consume it on the property.

You will have access to the building's lobby and then the stairs up to your Suite.

If you come by car, parking on Rue Thiers is limited to a few minutes (time to unload your belongings for example). You can then park 50m away, there are 3 car parks at your disposal (white stripes)

- A lounge area: 2 armchairs, coffee table, large desk and desk chair, TV (TNT channels + Netflix), electric kettle with tea, herbal tea and coffee pods,
- Sleeping area: comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed with linen provided,
- Shower area: toilet, shower, shower gel, shampoo, towels and washcloths.
We don't want our guests to cook in the bedrooms, so we haven't included a kitchenette. But you can of course bring your own food and eat it on site.
