One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and when I asked to borrow an iron were embarrassed to tell me that they didn’t have one as a guest had stolen it. The lack of being able to iron my creased clothes caused me anxiety and disbelief when I was told they couldn’t buy a new one. "
