Even before we checked in she let us know that the AC in rooms does not work due to excessive outside heat. She went above and beyond to help and come up with solutions to keep us cool during the stay. Overall stay was great minus the AC issue which is unfortunate but beyond that the hotel personnel was friendly and rooms were decent.
