Upon delivering the said round of drinks a bottle of coke was dropped onto me and my partner. They were of course apologetic but it compounded an already frustrating situation. We had booked the restaurant for 8pm and told the staff that we had however by 8.10pm no one had told us our table was ready so we just went through ourselves. We paid the full bill even though we should not have really paid for the spilt drinks. Overall the hotel is good but the service this time left a lot to be desired."
