" - "Booked a week all inclusive for 20th May 2019 (party of 6 age 6 to 76). First I wish to confirm that the pool was open for our stay. As we were arriving late I had emailed the hotel to see if it would be possible to have something to eat on arrival. I got no response from the hotel but when we arrived, check in was only a few mins and we were told that a cold buffet was available to us in the restaurant. This hotel is one of the cleanest that I have stayed in, from the public areas like reception & toilets to the bedrooms. Beds were very comfy and the room was spacious. As all inclusive goes this is one of the better ones. Hot meals in Bulgaria tend to be chicken / pork / rabbit / fish but the choice was broad enough at each sitting to ensure that no one left the dining hall hungry. Pizza was available all day. Nice selection of veg at lunch and dinner. Loads of fresh fruit was available all day, 2 bottles of water were left in the rooms each day. Water dispensers were available in the restaurant and pool bar. Again the snacks were pretty good. Pancakes with strawberries or chocolate available from 10am. DIY ice-cream cones and strawberry sundae were available all day as well, a nice variety of flavours were available. Salad was available all day as well as pizza / hot dogs / chicken and fish. Didn't participate in the activities so cant comment on that. Very close to the strip and beach ( 5 min walk). Saving the best bit for last, the staff were fantastic. "

- "Very nice staff, everything was great!" - "Overall was very good. The location is perfect and convenient for a walk to Nesebar and central Sunny Beach. I'm vegetarian and managed to make a meal each time and I was happy with the options, but those that are vegans might struggle. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The only downside was one of the receptionists whose name I couldn't catch, he made me feel uncomfortable/unwelcome. I work in the same industry, in fact in multiple hotels. You should never call the housekeeper in front of the guests to ask them if something is missing from the room, especially if you as a guests haven't caused any issues during your stay. I'm the most introverted and quiet person who goes on holidays just for some peaceful time, not a troublemaker. Before i left in fact i even cleaned what i could in my room, stripped the bed and left a tip for the housekeeper. I had to wait for a transport and while waiting i noticed he did this only to me, he waited the other guests to walk out before making the call. There was another interaction with him a few days before check-out where he assumed I'm not a guest in there, confusions are normal, but his approach was rude...You simply can't provide this kind of front of house service... In our case, we had booked a room with twin beds, but we were given a double. The staff were friendly and helpful, from check-in through to the life guards and the catering staff. An added bonus was that the beach is only a five minute walk away, so when the pools shut at 5pm, it's easy to spend some more time in the water on a sandy beach.
