The apartment consists of 3 rooms,1 kitchen, bathroom and separate WC and a covered terrace. Housed on the upper floor of a villa the 65sqm and the 27sqm terrace will make your stay a pleasure. Classified 3 stars according to criteria of French tourism ministry.
The house is located in the center of Canet Plage with 3 min walk to the beach and Place Méditerranée. The nearest hypermarket is at 1km but within a few hundred meters there are several bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, post office and everything else you may need.
Canet Plage is located on the Mediterranean near the Spanish border, 10km from Perpignan in southern France. The beach is 9 km long with fine sand. Lots of activities are available for children and adults. In the evening you can go on one of the many restaurants, hanging on one of the many music bars or sit in the garden under the mulberry trees with a drink with the steaks on the BBQ.
