" - "The hotel was a very good choice in terms of taking the bus into downtown Sevilla and not trying to find a parking space. The bus stop is across the street and the bus brings you to and from Plaza De Espana, where everything is within walking distance. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beds (2 singles pushed together) were very comfortable. The breakfast had a very good variety of foods which pleased us. Our only complaint is that our room, which was on the top floor (floor #3) was very warm. We discovered that the air conditioning in the rooms has been turned off at that time of year even though both days, it was 26 degrees Celsius. Only the heat worked in the room. The only way to cool down the room was to open the window. The residential area under our hotel room has a park-like setting and one very early morning, we were wakened by someone in the park with their yapping dog. If it wasn’t for the air-conditioning issue, I would have rated this hotel much higher. Our reservation clearly states for Comfort: Climate-controlled air conditioning and daily housekeeping. The hotel did not deliver on the ‘Climate-controlled air-conditioning’."
