- "We had a perfect stay at Aminess Younique. It is kind a luxury hotel in a beautiful city. The rooms are clean, the spa facilities are good and the food is excellent. The staff is lovely too. We started buying our water at the next door nightshop… not done for a hotel with this standing - housekeeping was bad and needs to improve, not a 4 or 5 star hotel worthy! beds were badly and roughly made. not nice at all! at first, used glasses were left as is on the table and after having told this to the reception, glasses and cups were just rinsed in the bathroom sink and put on the table like that not even dried… Not what you’d expect when paying this price but still a good vacation!"

We made a lot of jokes and then we walked to our room. Besid the stained curtains first impression was okay. - "Hotel is nice renovated, but with a lot mistakes. For example, in a room that is otherwise quite modern, there is itison on the floor, which conflicts with the logic of modern accommodation. First of all, because the guests come to the sea during the heat, for which itison is not suitable. Secondly, itisone is very impure and cannot be purified well. That is why there are many stains on the floor. The hotel management should consider that the hotel is pet friendly and they should replace this dirty itison (it is dirty in all the rooms, as I have seen several rooms!) for floor tiles. You should also consider installing awnings for protection from the sun on the balcony, and fans on the balcony ceiling. Because the balcony on the sea side is practically useless due to the incredible heat (like in a sauna). I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. Easy jazz - chillout music was playing from the speakers. There was also no crowd in the restaurant which was great. Probably mainly because the hotel is quite small, it only has 40 rooms. But we were not satisfied with the food. Sorry. It was a rather small selection, which is not so wrong. But it was not right that most of the food was tasteless, that is, not very good and tasty. It was like that every day, so the food had no special taste. Why didn't anyone arrange this, or why doesn't manageman try and fix this i don't know? One more thing. The hotel is very close to the main road, which is fine or not"

- "We were very unhappy with our stay. When we arrived the ladies at the reception told us to park our car at the car park and then we can check in. Once we brought all our stuff to the building they actually said to go back to the car , put everything back and go to another parking space as our room will be in a different apartment….also, I have requested a baby cot and a microwave as my daughter is 9 month old. I have sent my request when I made the booking and called in 2 times, when we arrived the lady who was at the reception told us that there is no option for us the get a microwave ( she was rude and making faces) she said they can give us hot water at the reception to heat my babies food up ( the reception was 5-10 mins walk from our building) , by the time I get back with the water and heat the food up would be 30-45 mins at least, specially middle of the night….when we arrived to our room there was no baby cot… so I had to call the reception again, the next day we had no hot water in the room, the elevator was not working ( we were on the second floor with a little baby) So we were very disappointed with our stay, I can understand that it was middle of the summer season and everyone is tired and exhausted, but this should not happen , specially with someone who is whit a little baby.
