Finally, the drain of our shower didn’t work very well and the water seeped out onto the bathroom floor. I also noticed in the men’s shower at the pool, that a grate had been removed to clean hair out from the drain but not replaced, meaning a guest had done it. "

My only complaint was that there wasn’t enough coffee for me in the room. That’s typical In China and I always bring my own coffee for convenience. My wife said she didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner as well as in some other hotels but it didn’t make any difference to me. Great place to stay."

Winnie promptly confirmed our reservation, scanned our passports, and assigned us a non-smoking room. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel’s amenities and provide helpful information about local tours and transportation options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All staff members we interacted with were friendly and eager to assist with any questions we had. The location is also very convenient—there’s a subway station right across the street, and the train station is just a short walk away (about three blocks). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Dalian."
