- "I was traveling through Saarlouis and spent 1 night at the Bahnhof hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke great English and there was parking right outside the hotel free of charge. However, the room (and entire hotel) is in dire need of renovation. Also, the location is not as central as you’d think – most restaurants and bars are on the opposite side of town (quite a pleasant 20-min walk through the park though). The people in charge bought a restaurant , along came with it few rooms , that Expedia calls hotel. First there's no reception area or a receptionist. The cashier of the restaurant gives a key to a room and that is it . Rooms are unhealthy, old , dirty , 2 towels. You are on your own once you are in the room. No one knows that you are there. The employees of the restaurant don't know what you are talking about if you dare ask for room service or a pillow or a blanket or soap. They look at you like " who are you " ? Shame on you Expedia, I expect full refund for my money, immediately. Plus someone from Expedia should call me asap 😤 😡😡😡😡"
