I had 2 roaches just chilling in my room and i was on the 2nd floor. If you get stuck in the elevator you might pass out from heat as the fan DO NOT WORK. I told the hotel about this and they still did not provide a discount or anything. When i arrived i had high hopes for this hotel but it was getting worse day by day. I was very happy to leave and go to a hotel that has functioning water and people that were happy to work. I have no intention of going back to Douala and even less of going back there."
